About Us
Oxford Travel Options is designed to help all people who live in, work in or visit Oxford to travel well, and for all organisations and companies with operations in Oxford to support their employees to make more sustainable travel changes.
It is created by Low Carbon Oxford North and the Zero Carbon Oxford Partnership (ZCOP), and is funded by ZCOP and the Low Carbon Hub.
Low Carbon Oxford North (LCON) is a charity set up by local residents to support ambitious CO2 cuts through local action. We work with our community, offering practical ideas, information and activities, to help address the climate crisis. We also collaborate with other groups and engage with our city and county councils, to influence climate action across Oxford. You can email LCON on info@lcon.org.uk.
Zero Carbon Oxford Partnership (ZCOP) is a partnership of Oxford’s leading institutions and employers working together to achieve zero carbon emissions across the city by 2040. Together we are over 20 organisations and companies, who employ over 55,000 people in Oxford.
Low Carbon Hub builds and manages community owned renewable energy installations, delivers and supports energy-related programmes, and works on innovation pilots to move community energy forward in Oxfordshire. They work with community groups across Oxfordshire on their low-carbon journey and are committed to ensuring that everyone in their communities is engaged and supportive as they work together towards a net zero energy system.
